Return & Refund Policy

 

At LeafLink, we strive to provide quality plant kits that bring joy and nature to your space. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review our refund and return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods like soil, plant seeds that have been opened, or any items that are personalized or marked final sale.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact Us: Email us at leaflinkshop@gmail.com with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos if there’s damage or a defect.
  • Approval Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned in a condition different from its original state).

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Shipping Cost Deduction: If you choose to receive a refund, we may deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund amount.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
